This listing package is best for specialists with only a few listings in a niche. It is a one time payment to list your property for 3 months. You are paying for "each listing." This listing package is best for specialists with numerous listings in a niche. It is monthly payment for unlimited listings. After registering on the website you will be able to add unlimited listings to your account.

(3) What if I represent a Company, Brokerage or Development?

 

We offer several packages for companies that want to list properties. Packages include affiliate partnerships and listing data feeds. (4) Can I list properties on multiple niche websites?

 

Yes. You can list properties on one, two or 12 niche websites. To do so you will need to create separate accounts on each website. At this time we do not support the ability to "syndicate" listings for individual specialists. If you represent a company and would like to set up a data feed to multiple niche websites please contact us for more information.

 

(5) How do I register?

 

At this time only real estate specialists can register on NICHE websites. The registration process is the same for all NICHE websites. If you are having any trouble registering or getting started we recommend this registration help article.

 

(6) How do I list properties?

 

To list properties on a NICHE properties website you must first be registered. If you need help listing your property please visit this page. 

 

(7) How do I get contacted by buyers and renters?

 

It is very easy for buyers and renters to contact you. We do multiple things to help you receive highly qualified leads and position yourself as an expert in your niche.

• Contact form sent directly to you - on each listing page
• Direct link to your homepage - on each listing page
• Direct link to your specialist page - on each listing page
• Your contact information -  on your specialist profile page
• Link to your personal website - on your specialist profile page
• Link to your company website - on your specialist profile page

(8) What is a Featured Listing?

 

A Featured Listing is a property that appears on the homepage. Visitors to the website can subscribe to Featured Listings and stay up to date when a new property is posted. Properties receive hundreds, and sometimes, thousands of unique views. Currently, you are not able to purchase Featured Listings through the website. If you are interested in featuring your listing you can submit a request ticket or call 888-88-NICHE.

(9) What is a Featured Specialist?

 

A Featured Specialist is an individual who appears on the homepage. Visitors to the website can subscribe to Featured Specialists and receive updates when a new specialist becomes featured. The homepage for each niche website is a good place to increase your branding as a niche specialist.  You are able to purchase this upgrade directly through the website. To do so...

 

1. Log-in to you account. Go to the "Admin" page.

2. From the "Admin" page select the "Be a Featured Agent" link.

3. Proceed through PayPal Checkout

4. Create your profile and voila.

(10) What is your risk free guarantee?
